"I have recently had all of my Forklift Service Engineers certificated, to minimise the risk of any type of accident on our premises, as advised to do so from our insurance company. Bearing in mind I have for 25 years been Renting, Servicing and issuing Yearly Thorough Examination Certificates. So I never really thought there was much more anyone could teach me, HOW WRONG I WAS. The training was excellent especially on obsevation, safer operations, stacking and pedestrian awareness. I have recomended A.F.I to many other companies and I can only say a big thank you to them for the time taken with one of our trainees who struggled with nerves on his driving test. The instructor passed 2 of our 3 trainees and I was very pleased and surprised that he spent a further 2 hours very late on a friday afternoon with him on a one to one basis, going over with our engineer on the weak points that caused him to fail his first test.
